Kingsway Finance and Investment is the registered business name of Kingsway Group Limited. Kingsway Group Limited holds an Australian Financial Services Licence number: 238137 and is the responsible entity of the Kingsway Premium Income Fund ARSN 099 747 663 (formerly the W & B Mortgage Fund). Kingsway was incorporated in 1999 under the name of Willis & Bowring Mortgage Investments Limited.
Since 1999, under the guidance of the four founding directors, Kingsway has become recognised within the finance industry for its property lending expertise. Kingsway seeks to continually improve its business and grow funds under management, based on sound fundamentals. Those fundamentals are to provide a high level of service, provide a consistent level of return to investors balanced with minimal capital risk whilst also providing a flexible investment alternative which allows investors to deposit and request withdrawal of funds at any time without penalty. Since August 2003 Kingsway has successfully managed in excess of $430 million in loans and as at 30 September 2008 funds under management exceeded $115 Million.
