Kingsway Group Limited holds an Australian Financial Services Licence number: 238137 and is the responsible entity of the Kingsway Premium Income Fund ARSN 099 747 663 (formerly the W & B Mortgage Fund). Kingsway was incorporated in 1999 under the name of Willis & Bowring Mortgage Investments Limited.
Since August 2003 Kingsway has successfully managed in excess of $450 million in loans and as at 31 March 2009 funds under management was approximately $100 million.
