The Kingsway Premium Income Fund seeks to provide investors with a regular income stream with minimal capital risk. We also seek to maximise the rate of return to investors by managing the Fund efficiently, limiting our remuneration to a reasonable level, and adopting prudent lending policies designed to minimise risk.
At Kingsway, our focus is on providing investors with the opportunity to invest in a pool of quality first registered mortgages. We lend to individuals and businesses involved in a range of industries and activities for commercial and business purposes. The loans can be secured by different types of property, such as retail, commercial, residential and industrial, and must be situated within Australia.
Since inception of the Kingsway Premium Income Fund in August 2003, Kingsway have successfully managed in excess of $430 million in loans. As at 30 September 2008, funds under management exceeded $115 Million.
