Meeting of Unit Holders

A meeting of unit holders was held on 8 July 2010 at Tradies Gymea, 57 Manchester Road, Gymea NSW to consider the proposed winding up of the Kingsway Premium Income Fund ARSN 099 747 663 and to vote on a number of resolutions about the winding up of the Fund.

The meeting was adjourned until Monday 12 July at 4pm at the office of Kingsway Finance and Investment, Level 7 522 Kingsway, Miranda at which time it was anticipated that the outcome of the vote on each of the resolutions would be announced.

At the meeting held Monday 4pm, the Chairperson announced that Kingsway has not yet finalised the outcome of the vote on each of the resolutions. Accordingly, the meeting was further adjourned until Tuesday 13 July at 4pm at the same location.
