Outcome of Meeting of Unit Holders

A meeting of unit holders was held on 8 July 2010 at Tradies Gymea, 57 Manchester Road, Gymea to consider the proposed winding up of the Kingsway Premium Income Fund ARSN 099 747 663 and to vote on a number of resolutions about the winding up of the Fund.

At a reconvened meeting held on 13 July at 4pm at the office of Kingsway Finance and Investment, Level 7 522 Kingsway, Miranda the Chairperson announced that resolutions 3, 10, 11 & 18 were carried and that all other resolutions were defeated.

Accordingly, unit holders have voted that Kingsway Group Limited be authorised to wind up the Kingsway Premium Income Fund.

A letter will shortly be sent to unit holders informing them of the outcome of voting on each of the resolutions.
