Proposed Termination of the Kingsway Premium Income Fund.

Kingsway Group Limited as the Responsible Entity for the Kingsway Premium Income Fund ARSN 099 747 663 has taken the decision to terminate the Fund.

The directors of Kingsway are of the view that it is in the interests of unit holders that the Fund be terminated and that the process of returning capital to unit holders commence as soon as possible.

The decision was made by Kingsway following a review of the investment objective of the Fund with the directors forming the view that it was unlikely that the Fund would achieve its yield or liquidity objectives within a reasonable timeframe.

All unit holders in the Kingsway Premium Income Fund should now have received information from Kingsway including a notice of proposed termination explaining the decision, and the termination process, and providing further details about what it means for them and the actions they may take. Unit holders have been given the opportunity to request a meeting to discuss the proposed termination. If unit holders have not yet received this information, they should contact Kingsway.
